15. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to tom@thetomsylvester.com and allow at least 30 days for an attempt to resolve the matter informally.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief when appropriate.

16. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect.

An unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
